• Enquiry data: name, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your driving level and course needs - either via the form on this site or via phone/WhatsApp.
• Booking data: address (for pickup), date of birth, provisional licence number, and any health declarations relevant to driving.
• Website data: if you accept cookies, basic analytics (anonymous visit counts) only.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a course.
• To deliver the course (pickup logistics, lesson planning, test bookings).
• To comply with DVSA record-keeping requirements.

Enquiry data: deleted within 12 months if it doesn't result in a booking. Booking data: kept for 7 years for accounting/regulatory purposes, then deleted.
